IQPC’s Process Excellence Awards program is a globally recognized benchmark in Lean Six Sigma and Process Excellence. The award was jointly accepted by Sanjay Jain, Head of Global Transformation Practice, and Jitender Mohan, Head of Quality, on behalf of WNS Global Services, in the presence of a distinguished gathering of industry leaders and quality professionals.

The ‘Best Process Improvement Program’ recognizes the vision, business impact and sustainability of mature Lean Six Sigma and process excellence programs and entries are judged on the basis of strategy, capacity to deliver and the extent to which they have created an environment for change.
