China Security & Surveillance Technology Inc. : Approximately 4,154,500 shares changed hands, a 247.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.22 or 3.6 percent to $6.40.

El Paso Electric Co. : Approximately 2,003,500 shares changed hands, a 380.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.91 or 5.7 percent to $31.41.

Furniture Brands Intl Inc. : Approximately 1,230,000 shares changed hands, a 243.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.23 or 9.1 percent to $2.76.

GS GSCI ETN 2037 : Approximately 112,700 shares changed hands, a 958.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.27 or .5 percent to $50.43.
