NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Wednesday evening.

PriceSmart ( PSMT): "That's a good stock, but I'm a believer in Costco ( COST)."

Accuride ( ACW): "Truck parts is a booming business. These stocks have fallen in half. I want you to buy some."

Sprint Nextel ( S): "Sprint's financials are too tough for me. I can't go there with the AT&T ( T) and T-Mobile still out there."

Ligand Pharmaceuticals ( LGND): "The stock hit a 52-week high. I like this speculative biotech stock."
