Total revenue for second-quarter 2011 was $2,823,000, compared with total revenue for second-quarter 2010 of $764,000, an increase of $2,059,000 or 269%. For the quarter, cost of revenues was $1,924,000, compared to $524,000 in second-quarter 2010. Gross profit for the quarter was $899,000, compared to gross profit of $240,000 for second-quarter 2010, an increase of $659,000. Total operating expenses for second-quarter 2011 were $893,000, including $833,000 of selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expense and $60,000 for operations. Total operating expenses for second-quarter 2010 were $1,002,000 and included $968,000 in SG&A and $34,000 for operations. Operating income for second-quarter 2011 was $6,000, compared to an operating loss of $762,000 in second-quarter 2010, an improvement of $768,000. Second-quarter 2011 other expense, net, was $18,000, compared to other expense, net, of $62,000 for second-quarter 2010. Net loss for the second-quarter 2011 was $12,000 compared to a net loss in second-quarter 2010 of $824,000, a decrease in net loss of $812,000. Net loss per share for second-quarter 2011 and second-quarter 2010 was less than $0.01 per share in each quarter.
