Her resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company, or its financial statements, and she is sorry to leave. At the time of her resignation, Ms. Wong served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Jun Tang, Board Chairman of the Company, stated, "We appreciate Kelly's dedication to the company and its shareholders.
