NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening.

Exelixis ( EXEL): "I think these companies are terrific bets and I want to be in this one."

Photronics ( PLAB): "It's too rocky a road. I don't like tech until September. I wouldn't recommend it until then."

Buckeye Partners ( BPL): "Oh yes! This is exactly what you should be buying. Great yield."

PPL Corp ( PPL): "It's very reliable and very good and I'd buy it right here."

GlaxoSmithKline ( GSK): "It's near a 52-week high. It doesn't have the growth of some of the others, but I think it's a good stock."
