(NASDAQ: USTR) announced that on July 14, 2011 its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share payable on October 14, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2011. The board also approved and authorized the company to purchase an additional $100 million of its common stock.
