The AOL Huffington Post Media Group today announced the launch of AOL Music’s new “Sessions” format, “Sessions +1,” debuting on June 30th with a live stream performance of Alicia Keys from the Beacon Theatre in New York City. The special event, "Piano & I: A One Night Only Event With Alicia Keys," will feature the 14-time Grammy winner performing in celebration of the 10 th anniversary of her debut album, Songs in A Minor. The intimate concert will feature many of Alicia’s hit songs, as well as stories and special moments from the past decade. Fans that cannot attend the landmark show in person can enjoy her set live from anywhere via and as an archived on-demand performance at AOL Music and VEVO. The live stream begins at 9:30 PM EDT on Thursday, June 30 th.

AOL Music’s “Sessions +1” will feature live performances from AOL’s studios and various unique destinations -- from universities to city streets to world-renowned venues – and include surprise performance elements like never-before-performed songs, acoustic sets, special guest performers, cover songs, or live premieres of entire albums.
