TheStreet (NASDAQ:TST) and T3Live have announced that they are co-hosting their first-ever options-trading seminar at the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, June 16, 2011. The invitation-only event will feature an educational session by top options-trading experts, followed by a unique “mock trading” exercise on the floor of the Exchange, led by NYSE Floor Governor Peter Costa of Empire Executions.

The event is part of a series of educational events produced by OptionsProfits, a premium-subscription service published by TheStreet, a leading digital financial media company that distributes its content through online, social media, tablet and mobile channels. Speakers will include Skip Rashcke of OptionsProfits and Scott Redler, Chief Strategist from T3Live, an online financial media network and education platform that provides active traders and investors with real time market analysis, strategies and training.

“OptionsProfits is dedicated to providing our subscribers with a thoughtful flow of investment ideas provided by leading experts, supported by interactive educational opportunities like this event,” said Jill Malandrino, curator of OptionsProfits. “Our partnership with T3Live is helping to bring this commitment to life by providing our participants with an opportunity to use their skills in a unique simulated trading environment.”

Invitations to the event, or subscriptions to OptionsProfits may be requested by contacting Jill Malandrino at jill.malandrino@thestreet.com or 212-321-5083. The cost of the event is $250.
