Meeting of Stockholders earlier today, as scheduled, to consider the
election of directors to StarTek’s Board of Directors, among other

StarTek also announced that the Annual Meeting was adjourned in order to allow time for the Company to discuss the composition of the Board with certain stockholders. The Annual Meeting will be reconvened at the Company’s headquarters located at 44 Cook Street, 4th Floor, Denver, CO, 80206 at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. The record date for stockholders entitled to vote at the adjourned Annual Meeting remains March 9, 2011.
