“Throughout his career, Don has been a driving force in global service and operations,” said Peter Blackmore, ShoreTel president and CEO. “He will be our customer satisfaction champion, and our customers, partners, employees and shareholders will all benefit from his rare ability to drive business and financial strategies from vision to reality.”

Joos will be relocating to Austin, Texas, with his family, where he previously helped build an e-commerce start-up. As the latest addition to ShoreTel’s Austin services hub, Joos will be leading the global services team and helping the company continue its industry-leading growth.
