Bruker ( BRKR) downgraded at Deutsche from Buy to Hold, Deutsche Bank said. $23 price target. Valuation call, as the stock is up 44% over the past 12 months.

Bally Technologies ( BYI) downgraded at Keybanc from Buy to Hold, Keybanc said. Company cut its earnings guidance.

Bally Technologies ( BYI) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform as management cut 2011 guidance, Credit Suisse said. Price target dropped to $40 from $47.

Bally Technologies ( BYI) estimates reduced at Goldman through 2013, Goldman Sachs said. Company is realizing lower gaming margins. Sell rating and $32 price target.

Citigroup ( C) rated new Buy at Sterne Agee. $6 price target. Company is leveraged to growth in emerging markets.

Costco ( COST) downgraded at Goldman from Buy to Neutral, Goldman Sachs said. Valuation call, based on an $80 price target.

Devry ( DV) downgraded at BofA/Merrill from Buy to Neutral, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch said. Estimates also cut, as industry fundamentals are weakening. $60 price target.

Expedia ( EXPE) upgraded at Stifel from Hold to Buy, Stifel Nicolaus said. $35 price target. TripAdvisor spin-off should unlock value.

Incyte ( INCY) upgraded at UBS from Neutral to Buy, UBS said. $20 price target. Estimates also upped, as the company can manage through increased competition.

JP Morgan ( JPM) rated new Buy at Sterne Agee. $55 price target. Company has a strong balance sheet and is leveraged to an economic recovery.

Lennox International ( LII) downgraded at Keybanc from Buy to Hold, Keybanc said. Taking a more cautious stance on the HVAC market.

Medtronic ( MDT) rated new Buy at Wunderlich. $46 price target. Company is a market leader and should soon find a new CEO.

PF Chang's ( PFCB) rated new Outperform at Wells Fargo. Company has two successful brands and should continue to grow.

Parametric Technology ( PMTC) upgraded at Jefferies to Buy. $28 price target. Company has multiple potential catalysts.

Quality Systems ( QSII) rated new Neutral at Baird. Valuation call, based on a $94 price target.

Sunpower ( SPWRA) downgraded at JMP from Outperform to Market Perform, JMP Securities said. Estimates also cut, follwing profit warnings from other solar names.

Strayer Education ( STRA) downgraded at BofA/Merrill from Buy to Neutral, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch said. $155 price target. Business is counter-cyclical.

Safeway ( SWY) downgraded at Goldman from Buy to Neutral, Goldman Sachs said. Valuation call.
