March Retail Sales: Live Blog

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- March retail sales are expected to be lackluster, as the Easter holiday falls later this year and colder weather postponed spring purchases.

Overall, the International Council of Shopping Centers is forecasting March sales to be flat to up 2%.

But the list of retailers that are actually reporting the monthly figure continues to shrink, with Abercrombie & Fitch ( ANF), Aeropostale ( ARO) and American Eagle Outfitters ( AEO) noticeably absent.
