(NYSE:IMAX) (TSX:IMX), today announced it has promoted David Keighley to the newly created role of Chief Quality Officer. In this role, Keighley will be responsible for continuing to demand that every film IMAX touches not only meets the Company's exceptional criteria, but becomes an enhanced version of the original. Keighley was appointed Executive Vice President of IMAX in July 2007 and previous to that had been Senior Vice President since July 1997.
