Citizens Holding Company (NASDAQ: CIZN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share payable March 31, 2011, to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2011.

“Today I am announcing our first quarter 2011 dividend of $0.22 per share, an increase of $0.01, or 4.8%, over the dividend paid in the first quarter of 2010,” said Greg L. McKee, President and Chief Executive Officer.
