NEW YORK, Feb. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --Seems that even matchmakers need an introduction to meet The One. A well-known, single, female LA matchmaker has solicited the help of top NYC matchmaker Richard Easton to find her true love. Richard Easton speaks to PYP Media on life, love, and the secret society of matchmaking. (Photo: http://photos.prnewswire.com/prnh/20110203/NY41616 ) PYP: Did you recently agree to help a LA Matchmaker find her true love? Richard Easton: Yes I did. For obvious ethical reasons, matchmakers cannot date the people we come in contact with through our profession. I'm happy to match her. PYP: Would she by any chance be the Millionaire Matchmaker, Patti Stanger? RE: My commitment to confidentiality prohibits me from answering that question. It would be equally inappropriate to out my client through the process of eliminating others. PYP: So you are taking successful women as clients? RE: Yes—quite a few. Modern women are well-educated, successful, and beautiful, and they know what they want in life and love. My female clients want to meet Mr. Right—Now! They want to be engaged in one year, married in two years, and starting a family in three to five years. All the men they meet claim they want all that until they get them into bed. I introduce them to honest, handsome, successful men who truly want marriage and children. PYP: Speaking of Millionaire Matchmakers, is your matchmaking style similar to Patti Stanger's? RE: Not at all. I'm probably the antithesis to Patti. Not all of my clients are millionaires, and my matchmaking style is different. Patti's style obviously works well for her. I take an entirely different approach, but that doesn't make hers wrong.
