Shareholders approved the reelection of Nancy Howell Agee, President and COO, Carilion Clinic, J. Allen Layman, Private Investor and Former President and Chairman of Ntelos, Inc., and Dr. Raymond D. Smoot, Jr., CEO and Secretary-Treasurer, Virginia Tech Foundation, Inc., to the Board of Directors for three-year terms. Shareholders also ratified the appointment of Brown Edwards and Company L.L.P. as auditors for 2011. At a meeting of the Board of Directors, following the annual shareholders meeting, John B.
