Georgiaâ¿¿s gas prices went down 2 cents last week, but analysts are watching the protests in Egypt, according to AAA Auto Club South.

The price per gallon of gasoline in the Peach State is $2.99, compared with $3.02 a week ago, $2.99 a month ago and $2.56 a year ago.

The national average price of gasoline is $3.09 per gallon, down 2 cents from last week.
