Energen Corp. Elects Five Officers For Subsidiary

Energen Corp.'s (NYSE: EGN) board of directors has elected five new officers for its oil and gas exploration and production subsidiary, Energen Resources Corp.

The new officers for the subsidiary of Birmingham-based Energen include:

  • Gary Brink has been named general manager of San Juan Basin operations.
  • Gene Cash has been named vice president â¿¿ acquisitions and reservoir engineering.
  • Joe Niederhofer has been named vice president of Permian Basin operations.
  • Paul Rote has been named vice president.
  • Ronald Tisdale has been named vice president of geology and exploration.

Cash, Rote and Tisdale live in Birmingham.
