Kinder Morgan To Sell 80M Shares In IPO

By Houston Business Journal

Kinder Morgan Inc. said Wednesday it plans sell at least 80 million shares in its previously announced initial public offering.

In a regulatory filing, the Houston-based pipeline operator didnâ¿¿t give an expected per-share price range, though in November this company said it planned to raise up to $1.5 billion through the offering.

The company intends to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ⿿KMI.⿝
