Valero Concludes Fourth Quarter With Net Loss

Valero Energy Corp. posted a net loss of $438 million, or 77 cents per diluted share, on revenues of $22.1 billion for the fourth quarter of 2010.

This compares to a $1.4 billion net loss, or $2.51 per diluted share, on revenues of $17.9 billion for the same period a year ago.

San Antonio-based Valero (NYSE: VLO) manufactures transportation fuels, petrochemical products and power.
