Adobe Systems ( ADBE) downgraded at Piper from Overweight to Neutral, Piper Jaffray said. Stock is already pricing in mid-teens earnings growth. $36 price target.

Armstrong World Industries ( AWI) initiated at BB&T with a Hold rating. Well positioned when the cycle turns, BB&T said.

Bank of Hawaii ( BOH) downgraded at Robert W. Baird to Neutral from Outperform on near-term top line revenue pressures, Baird said. Price target lowered to $50.

Copart ( CPRT) was downgraded at Robert Baird from Outperform to Neutral. $42 price target. Market still needs to absorb 8 million shares from the recent tender offer, Baird said.

Kohl's ( KSS) was upgraded from Hold to Buy at Stifel Nicolaus said. Valuation call, based on a $62 price target.

Norfolk Southern ( NSC) was downgraded at UBS from Buy to Neutral. $68 price target. Estimates also cut, as the company could face margin pressure in the coming quarters.

Patterson ( PDCO) was upgraded at UBS from Neutral to Buy. $37 price target. Estimates also boosted, as a recent survey shows that dental trends are improving, UBS said.

RadioShack ( RSH) was upgraded at Wedbush Securities from Underperform to Neutral. $18 price target. Valuation call, even though the company recently cut guidance, Wedbush said.

Exco Resources ( XCO) was downgraded at RBC Capital from Outperform to Sector Perform. Company announced lower production rates, RBC noted.
