Arch Capital Group ( ACGL) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform as earnings should decline due to continued soft pricing, Credit Suisse said. Maintain $95 price target.

Archer Daniels Midland ( ADM) upgraded at Credit Suisse to Outperform from Neutral as higher and more volatile grain prices will lead to margin expansion, Credit Suisse said. Price target increased to $40 from $37.

American Eagle ( AEO) upgraded at Susquehanna from Neutral to Positive, Susquehanna Financial said. $18 price target.

Axis Capital ( AXS) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform due to more cautious view on commercial insurers as pricing remains weak, Credit Suisse said. Maintain $39 price target.

Bunge Limited ( BG) upgraded at Credit Suisse to Outperform from Neutral. Best three year ideas in agribusiness because it is in the early stages of building a platform in sugar, Credit Suisse said. Price target raised to $88 from $65.

Ball ( BLL) downgraded at Goldman from Buy to Neutral, Goldman Sachs said. Valuation call.

BorgWarner ( BWA) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform. Valuation call, Credit Suisse said. Price target raised to $73 from $66.

Blackstone ( BX) upgraded at Jefferies from Hold to Buy, Jefferies said. $18.50 price target. Business trends are improving across the board.

CH Robinson ( CHRW) rated new Neutral at Sterne Agee. $76 price target. Company faces potential regulatory challenges.

Clorox ( CLX) downgraded at Barclays to Equal Weight from Overweight. Concerned that in many of CLX's categories, recent innovations have has less sustainable impact on category growth, Barclays said. Maintain $67 price target.

Comerica ( CMA) downgraded at Wells from Outperform to Market Perform, Wells Fargo said. SBIB deal is expensive.

Comerica ( CMA) upgraded at Citigroup from Sell to Hold, Citigroup said. $40 price target. Core credit and loan trends are on the mend.

Comcast ( CMCSA) upgraded at Collins Stewart from Hold to Buy, Collins Stewart said. $32 price target. Company should perform better, now that the NBCU deal has closed.

Cott ( COT) downgraded at Barclays to Equal Weight from Overweight. Valuation call, Barclays said. Maintain $9 price target.

Cypress Semiconductor ( CY) upgraded at UBS from Neutral to Buy, UBS said. $25 price target. Estimates also boosted, based on higher expected demand for TrueTouch controllers.

Dollar Tree ( DLTR) upgraded at Morgan Stanley from Equal-weight to Overweight, Morgan Stanley said. $63 price target. Company can generate double-digit sales growth and has potential operating leverage.

Fastenal ( FAST) downgraded at Piper from Overweight to Neutral, Piper Jaffray said. $62 price target. Company lacks near-term catalysts.

Forest Laboratories ( FRX) upgraded at JP Morgan from Underweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. $34 price target. Stock is already pricing in potential generic competition and the company has an attractive pipeline.

Forest Laboratories ( FRX) numbers increased at Goldman through 2014, Goldman Sachs said. Company can invest its cash into future growth. Neutral rating and new $35 price target.

Fortinet ( FTNT) downgraded at Deutsche from Buy to Hold, Deutsche Bank said. Valuation call, based on a $40 price target.

Google ( GOOG) rated new Hold at ISI Group. $675 price target. Company may struggle to re-accelerate sales growth.

HHGregg ( HGG) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform. Good growth potential, but TV and appliance weakness may continue to weigh on results, Credit Suisse said. Price target trimmed to $22 from $28.

Janus Capital ( JNS) downgraded at Stifel from Buy to Hold, Stifel Nicolaus said. Company is leveraged to better equity performance.

Linear Technology ( LLTC) downgraded at Susquehanna from Positive to Neutral, Susquehanna Financial said. Valuation call, based on a $34 price target.

Legg Mason ( LM) downgraded at Stifel from Buy to Hold, Stifel Nicolaus said. Company will not be helped by rising long-term interest rates.

Merck ( MRK) rated new Outperform at Wells Fargo. Company has a solid pipeline and a shallow patent cliff.

Noble Corp. ( NE) downgraded at Deutsche from Buy to Hold, Deutsche Bank said. $40 price target. Increased jackup exposure has added risk to the model.

Annaly Capital ( NLY) downgraded at Jefferies from Buy to Hold, Jefferies said. Investment spreads could contract over the coming quarters. $15 price target.

Pfizer ( PFE) rated new Outperform at Wells Fargo. The company's pipeline is at an inflection point and management is returning cash to shareholders.

Children's Place ( PLCE) upgraded at Susquehanna from Neutral to Positive, Susquehanna Financial said. $54 price target.

Quanta Services ( PWR) upgraded at Sterne Agee from Neutral to Buy, Sterne Agee said. $28 price target. Company should trade back up toward its peers.

RadioShack ( RSH) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform as turnaround merchandising efforts may take longer to bear fruit than expected, Credit Suisse said. Price target cut to $20 from $25.

Spectra Energy ( SE) upgraded at Jefferies from Hold to Buy, Jefferies said. Estimates also upped. $28 price target.

Unifirst ( UNF) downgraded at Baird from Outperform to Neutral, Robert Baird said. Valuation call, based on a $58 price target.

W.R. Berkley Corp ( WRB) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Underperform from Neutral on lower accident year margins due to lower pricing, Credit Suisse said. Maintain $28 price target.

US Steel ( X) downgraded at Deutsche from Buy to Hold, Deutsche Bank said. Valuation call, based on a $57 price target.
