Vantone International Group, Inc. ("Vantone International") (OTCBB: VNTI), today introduced its "3 + E" business model.

At the beginning of 2011, Vantone International launched the new model through an integration and optimization of the company’s water purification equipment development, manufacturing and distribution, the insurance agency service, the small financing and the online sales of “E” commodity (“3+E” business model) on the basis of B2C Insurance E-commerce. We believe that this business model can promote our sales by sharing an integrated sales channel system, which includes an online direct selling channel formed primarily based on insurance agents, and an entity sales channel composed of insurance agency branches, franchised insurance agency shops and franchised commodities shops. We also encourage our members to set up entity shops with the assistance of our small financing and mortgage company. We believe that the online direct sales combined with entity shop sales will form an interactive sales channel and bring Vantone international into a new stage of business development in 2011.

Brief E-commerce Business Management Introduction

①An individual Logins on B2C e-commerce website Vantone Online Shop to apply for registration with his real name to become a member on our e-commerce platform.

Franchisee Application. The member can choose to become a commodities franchisee or insurance agency franchisee (both referred to as franchisee).

③The member shall sign the agreement on “Membership Rule” with Vantone International, and he is subject to our examination and verification; If qualified, the member will be able to access the Membership Management System.

④The franchisee shall sign the “Franchise Agreement” with Vantone International, and he is subject to our examination and verification; If qualified, the franchisee will be able to access the Shop Management System.

Small financing and Mortgage Application. The franchisee may apply for small loans.

⑦The member and the franchisee may use the Order System to place an order on the e-commerce platform.

Finally comes to our “3+E” system.

Exchange points. The reward points will be generated automatically by the system after the member and the franchisee’s order and settlement, and they can exchange the reward points for commodities or insurance products.

Repaying loans and interest. The franchisee can repay small loans with reward points.

Cashback by reward points. The member and the franchisee can apply for cash rewards with reward points.
