Constellation Shuffles Finance Leadership Team

Constellation Energy Group Inc. made several changes to its financial leadership, including naming a chief financial officer at subsidiary Baltimore Gas & Electric Co.

Carim V. Khouzami, previously executive director of investor relations at Constellation, was named BGEâ¿¿s new CFO.

Stephen J. Woerner, previously vice president of transformation for Constellation, was appointed to vice president and chief information officer at Constellation.

Jennifer Lowry, previously Constellationâ¿¿s assistant treasurer, has been promoted to vice president and treasurer. She replaces Reese K. Feuerman, who has been named to the newly created role of vice president of operational finance at Baltimore-based Constellation (NYSE: CEG).
