Reiman's Hexagon Invests In Rock Oil

Roy Reimanâ¿¿s Hexagon Investments participated in a follow-on investment in Rock Oil Company LLC.

Denver-based Rock Oil was founded in April 2010 as an independent energy company and is active in the Eagle Ford Shale in Texas. Rock Oil said Monday that it completed a follow-on offering on Dec. 20, 2010 with investors Hexagon, Wells Fargo Energy Capital and BNP Paribas

Hexagon Investments is a private investment company with offices in Milwaukee and Denver that has energy investments consisting of funds, direct working interests, royalties and joint venture interests in the United States and abroad. Reiman founded Reiman Publications in Greendale and sold his majority stake in 1998.
