XINYU CITY, China ( TheStreet) -- LDK Solar ( LDK ) said Monday it raised its fourth quarter and fiscal 2011 outlook for revenue, production and gross margin.

For the fourth quarter, LDK said it expects revenue in the range of $870 million to $910 million, up from its previous guidance of $710 million to $750 million. It also lifted its wafer shipments outlook to 615 megawatts to 620 megawatts, up from prior guidance of 580MW to 600MW.

LDK said it expects fourth-quarter gross margin of between 25% to 27%; its previous guidance was 24% to 26%.

For fiscal 2011, LDK said it expects revenue in the range of $3.5 billion to $3.7 billion. It previously expected revenue of $2.9 billion to $3.3 billion.
