Fox Lands Obama for Super Bowl Sunday Interview

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- President Barack Obama will sit down with the O'Reilly Factor host Bill O'Reilly for an interview that will air during the Super Bowl pregame show on News Corporation's ( NWSA) Fox network.

It has become a tradition for the current U.S. president to grant a pregame interview to the network that is hosting the Super Bowl that year.

Last year, President Obama sat for an interview with Katie Couric on CBS ( CBS) before the National Football League's championship game, and in 2009, he spoke with Matt Lauer on NBC.

The 4-hour-long pregame show starts at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 6.

Super Bowl 45 is scheduled to be played in Arlington, Texas in the new Cowboys Stadium.
