World Fuel Services Corp. completed its previously announced acquisition of The Hiller Group Inc.

The purchase price was not disclosed, but World Fuel Services said in a press statement that the transaction was expected to be 5 cent to 7 cents accretive to earnings in the first 12 months.

The deal further strengthens World Fuel Servicesâ¿¿ position in the general aviation fuel distribution business, Michael Kasbar, president and chief operating officer, said in the statement.

Hiller Group, based in Tampa, supplies aviation fuel to fixed base operators and corporate flight departments and has annual volume of more than 120 million gallons. The company also provides a full range of support services such as marketing, tailored business solutions, freight expertise and credit card processing.

World Fuel Services (NYSE: INT), headquartered in Miami, is a global fuel logistics company, principally engaged in the marketing, sale and distribution of marine, aviation and land fuel products and related services.
