TROY, Mich. (AP) â¿¿ Kelly Services Inc. said its outsourcing subsidiary won a major contract to help mining company Rio Tinto PLC manage contract workers in Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed. KellyOCG said it will help Rio Tinto with labor and supplier management strategy. London-based Rio Tinto said it was looking to improve contractor compliance with company health, safety and environmental standards. Shares of Kelly Services rose 45 cents, or 2.3 percent, to $19.98 in afternoon trading.
