Lennox ( LII - Get Report) was initiated with a Market Perform rating at Wells Fargo. Uneven residential demand will weigh on a recovery in HVAC demand, Wells Fargo said. M&T Bank ( MTB - Get Report) was initiated with a Market Perform rating at BMO Capital. $85 price target. Stock already trades at a premium to its peers, BMO Capital said. Rovi ( ROVI) was downgraded from Overweight to Neutral at JP Morgan. Valuation call, as the stock is up 70% year-to-date, JP Morgan said. Spectra Energy ( SEP) was upgraded at UBS from Sell to Neutral. Valuation call, based on a $34 price target, UBS said. Synopsys ( SNPS) was upgraded at JP Morgan from Neutral to Overweight. Higher bookings should drive better cash flow growth in 2011, JP Morgan said. Watsco ( WSO) was downgraded to Equal-weight at Morgan Stanley. $63 price target. Stock is already pricing in better Carrier results.
