This special cash dividend will be paid on December 20, 2010 and is not considered to be a recurring payment. This special cash dividend is the second cash dividend paid by the Company and follows the Company's $0.30 cash dividend paid in January, 2010, 10% stock distribution in January 2007, and 2:1 stock split in December 2007.
