The recall was spurred by the recent report that an infant died in a Nap Nanny. The four-month-old girl had been strapped into the harness she fell over the side and got caught between the Nap Nanny and the crib bumper. The CPSC has received 22 reports of infants falling out over the side of the portable recliner, but this was the first reported death.
