Premier Power Renewable Energy Inc. has signed a deal to build 1.9 megawatts of solar electric generating capacity for PUMA North America.

The solar power stations will be in the sportswear-makers facilities in Carson and Torrance, and should be completed by the end of the year.

⿿Puma has been a long-standing leader in many environmental and social initiatives, and we hope their example will be followed by other companies seeking sustainability and protection of the environment,⿝ Premier Power executive Dean Marks said in a news release.

Premier Power last week opened an office in Anaheim.
