Arizona Public Service Co. has released a new incentive program for designers and builders to help them construct more energy-efficient buildings.

The Whole Building Incentive program encourages designers to include energy-efficient features in their projects, and builders to work on reducing the cost of those features.

The incentives start at 14 cents per kilowatt-hour of energy saved, and the program includes an energy study rebate of up to $10,000 to offset the cost of modeling.

A seminar on the new program is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. July 21 at the Phoenix Airport Marriott. Cost is $150.
