Jobs stopped at nothing to "please the customer" he said. Cramer is giving Jobs an 11 out of 10 rating for his handling of the complaints, which includes allowing customers to return the device for a full refund if not satisfied with the company's free bumper offerings. Cramer suggested during the show that there has been a "subtle line of thought" that Jobs had sold "tainted Tylenol" to children, but that he continues to think the company is "the greatest manufacturer in the world." Although Cramer likes Consumer Reports, he doesn't think that its negative report on the antenna should be taken seriously.
