Stellar said on Tuesday it is restructuring some departments to expand its existing refrigeration division.

The Jacksonville-based construction, design, engineering and mechanical services firm, said the new refrigeration division will include the companyâ¿¿s maintenance, parts and operations and automation services divisions. The combined units will be known as Stellar Refrigeration Services and will be led by divisional vice president Jeff Williams.

Within Refrigeration Services, Neil Horn will now serve as vice president of corporate refrigeration contracting; overseeing the divisionâ¿¿s contracting projects. Brian Reeves will be responsible for regional projects as division manager of regional refrigeration contracting.

The restructuring also includes the promotions of Mike Wolf and Kerry Mowlam. Wolf was promoted to divisional manager of corporate contracting management, and Mowlam was promoted to divisional manager of mechanical utilities.

Stellar Refrigeration Services is a refrigeration contractor in industrial ammonia, CO2, and other alternative refrigeration systems. The team designs, constructs and delivers high quality packaged refrigeration units and operates a network of refrigeration and parts locations to serve industries including food and beverage processing, low-temperature distribution, public refrigerated warehousing, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and district energy markets.
