Blue Ash-based AMP Holding Inc. appointed two new members to its board of directors.

Joining the board are William Wylam and Dennis Davis. Wylam is a retired executive from Remy International Inc., where he was involved with the development of the propulsion system for GMâ¿¿s EV1 electric vehicle, according to a news release. He currently serves as president of International Energy LLC, a consulting company that focuses on energy for transportation.

Davis is owner of SynTech Solutions, a management and technical consulting firm. He also consults for International Energy LLC. He is a former GM exec, who worked on the development of the EV1 vehicle.

⿿Given our current focus of converting GM vehicles into all-electric, it was a natural fit to have two key pioneers of GM⿿s EV1 program join our ranks,⿝ said Steve Burns, chief executive for AMP, in a news release.
