AEterna Zentaris said it will sell approximately 8.8 million common shares at a price of $1.3725 per share to and issue warrants to acquire an aggregate of approximately 4.4 million common shares at an exercise price of $1.3725 per share. In IPO news, BroadSoft ( BSFT) priced its initial offering of 7.5 million shares of common stock at $9 per share, which is at the bottom of its projected range.
