The award recognizes customers who use NICE products and services to harness and drive creative, inventive approaches to managing operations and optimizing business performance. The admissions centers at CEC’s American InterContinental University, Colorado Technical University and International Academy of Design and Technology were recognized for their innovative use of the NICE IEX Workforce Management solution which generates daily schedules for more than 1,200 admissions advisors who support students during the enrollment process and serve as a point of contact throughout their academic career. Admissions advisors are able to engage with students in a more timely and effective manner with the NICE IEX Workforce Management solution.
