The SPOT A MOM Lessons Mom Taught Me contest encouraged customers to visit to tell a personal story about their mothers, sisters, grandmothers, best friends, or any other Mom they know and love – and share their many memorable lessons. Story tellers were encouraged to submit a photo, as well as their own name and location. The finalists have been selected, and from May 6, 2010 through May 9, 2010 visitors are able to vote for their favorite lesson from Mom.

The grand prize winning Mom, voted the best lesson by the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM community, will receive the ultimate beach getaway to Hawaii and a year of flowers from 1-800-FLOWERS.COM among other wonderful prizes.
