Wayne Reyes, CPM, has been hired as Vice President of Property Management for American Spectrum Management Group, Inc. Mr. Reyes will oversee all management operations of the company for the Texas region. American Spectrum Management Group, Inc. is responsible for the leasing and/or management of approximately 2.9 million square feet of commercial office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties in Texas.

Mr. Reyes joins American Spectrum Management Group, Inc. from Moody Rambin Interests, where he spent the last three years. Wayne has over 25 years of experience in management, leasing, construction, and accounting for portfolios of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Corpus Christi.

Wayne feels his success is a direct result of his strong work ethic, collaborative team approach, and ability to maintain long-term relationships with tenants and clients. “I’m excited and optimistic about my move to American Spectrum. I have big plans for the management department and can’t wait to get started,” says Reyes.

Wayne´s career involvement in the commercial real estate market includes having twice served as President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker´s License and the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®).
