Kaplan EduNeering, a leading provider of compliance, regulatory and knowledge management solutions, announced today that Allison Risko has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Professional Services, and Andy Schemick will join as their new CFO, effective April 15. These new senior management appointments are in line with Kaplan EduNeering’s focus on strategic direction and continuing growth. Kaplan EduNeering reported a profitable 2009 and these organizational changes will help the company meet the demands of increased product offerings, international expansion, and continued profitability.

Since joining Kaplan EduNeering in 2007, Allison has developed the Learning Services group into a professional function that celebrates creativity while delivering outstanding products and services. In her expanded role, Allison is responsible for all operations and delivery functions: Learning Services, Technology, Client Services, Business Solutions Group, and Quality Assurance.

Andy Schemick will join Kaplan EduNeering as CFO, effective April 15. Andy comes from the Kaplan K12 Learning Services Division, where he was the Vice President of Finance and Operations. In that role, Andy was responsible for financial statements preparation, budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, reporting, business plan development, valuation, SOX compliance, inventory management, accounts receivable, customer service, and business systems. Prior to Kaplan, Andy held financial leadership positions in Supresta LLC, Asbury Automotive Group Inc, Global Crossing and Arthur Andersen. In his new role at Kaplan EduNeering, Andy will provide strategic financial direction for expanding the company’s products and global reach. He earned a BA in Economics and a MBA in Accounting from Rutgers.
