Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Wednesday evening: AT&T ( T): "I like the yield and I think the dividend is safe, but I've been wrong on this one. I'm going to stick my neck out and recommend it again though. I think it's a good one." A-Power Energy ( APWR): "I know this one well. I think they're good, but I don't recommend any individual Chinese stocks other than China Unicom ( CHU)." Reynolds American ( RAI): "I think you have to go with Altria ( MO). They're having a great quarter and I don't want to mess with an inferior company." Tata Motors ( TTM): "No. I'm not a buyer of any auto stock right now. It doesn't matter what it is, the woes of the auto industry are too large." Patriot Coal ( PCX): "We don't like coal on this show because Obama doesn't like coal. Peabody Energy ( BTU) is the way to play." Toll Brothers ( TOL): "I do not want to buy the home builders. There are still too many homes being built right now." Allos Therapeutics ( ALTH): "I think this is a speculative situation, but even Congress has blessed biotech, so it's OK by me." Tim Hortons ( THI): "I should have recommended this. I feel like I'm too late now and I'm not going to pull the trigger." TEPPCO Partners ( TPP): "This one I like. This one is terrific."
