Wind River Systems Inc., up $3.76 at $11.76 Intel Corp. is buying the software maker for $884 million in cash, or $11.50 a share, to help the chip giant diversify beyond PCs. UAL Corp., down 17 cents at $5.12 The United Airlines parent is planning to replace a big chunk of its fleet after years of refraining from buying new planes Odyssey Marine Exploration Inc., down $1.66 at $2.21 A federal judge recommended the $500 million sunken treasure discovered by the shipwreck-exploration company be returned to Spain.
