Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

General Mills ( GIS): "They did miss the quarter, but commodity costs are coming down and they're going to have a great second half. I think Mills is safe."

Dendreon ( DNDN): "I do not like Dendreon, I'd be a selling into any strength."

United States Steel ( X): "I worry about the pension. I prefer to be in Nucor ( NUE). Nucor has a cleaner balance sheet."

Boston Scientific ( BSX): "I want to buy BSX. I know it's out of favor, but we're still in recession and that means biotech."

Lockheed Martin ( LMT): "The move's been made, and I missed it. It'll probably go up a few more points, but then I'm a seller."

AeroVironment ( AVAV): "Missed the quarter bad and now they're in the sell block. They're a smoking company that didn't do the job."

Vertex Pharmaceuticals ( VRTX): "I have so many great biotech companies; may I suggest you pick up some Celgene ( CELG). I'd rather see you own that one."

Mosaic ( MOS): "No, no. If they have a bad quarter tomorrow, you go buy some Terra Nitrogen ( TNH), which is the only fertilizer stock I'm recommending."

Vimpel Communications ( VIP): "Russia is no longer investable, we are sellers of all things Russian right now."

GrafTech International ( GTI): "This is an industrial company without a good yield; so no, we're not going there."
