JPMorgan Chase ( JPM) CEO Jamie Dimon made $19.7 million last year, according to a regulatory filing late Wednesday. Dimon, who like many financial executives took no bonus last year as markets tanked in the credit crisis, saw overall haul fall sharply vs. the prior two years, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission filing. His total compensation was $34.3 million in 2007, when he was awarded a $14.5 million bonus, and $39.1 million in 2006, when he was awarded a $13 million bonus. Dimon was paid a $1 million salary last year, unchanged from the prior two years. He was awarded $16.8 million in stock and $1.4 million in options, in addition to other benefits valued at $48,456 and other compensation valued at $348,101. JPMorgan Chase shares closed up 7.8% to $27.11 Wednesday.
