Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening: Ford Motor ( F): "Too speculative. I can't get behind it with this much uncertainty. Be careful." Philip Morris International ( PM): "Yes, that should be bought. At $44, it represents a great value. Yields 5% and has great growth. Pull the trigger right here." MetLife ( MET): "This one just had a monster move. I'd wait until under $30 before buying into this one." Ezcorp ( EZPW): "I like Cash America ( CSH) better; I'd swap into that one." International Business Machines ( IBM): "I think IBM is a serious buy. Intel ( INTC) just reported great numbers and I think IBM will be just fine." NVR Inc ( NVR): "It's a very good home builder, but it's in a pretty challenged sector. I like Toll Brothers ( TOL) under $20 a share. " FirstEnergy ( FE): "That's a good one, not a great one. I prefer Consolidated Edison ( ED) and Duke Energy ( DUK) more. It's not going to hurt you, but it won't help you either."
