Here's what CNBC's "Fast Money" traders had to say about some of the market's biggest movers on their "Pops and Drops" segment Wednesday.


Cooper Tire & Rubber ( CTB - Get Report) dropped 7%. Guy Adami said the company issued a forecast that was lower than expectations. He said investors can buy the name, but not yet.

Cephalon went up 3%. Pete Najarian said the FDA voted against it yesterday, but analysts think that decision is going to get overturned.

Owens Corning ( OC - Get Report) rallied 7%. Karen Finerman said the company bought a fiberglass company that's doing well.

Pitney Bowes ( PBI) jumped 4%. Jeff Macke said the company managed to beat estimates.

Eagle Bulk Shipping ( EGLE - Get Report) ticked up 12%. Adami said risk-takers can get short here with a tight stop.
