Charles Schwab ( SCHW) CFO Christopher Dodds will be stepping down after eight years on the job.

Joseph Martinetto, Schwab's senior vice president and treasurer, will replace Dodds as chief financial officer, the brokerage says. Dodds will remain in his job until May 18.

Dodds, 47, has been with Schwab since 1986.
